-The battle music and victory music warm your soul to a certain point, then you will need a podcast to keep yourself sane while you grind.
-You seem to encounter a random battle about every 5 steps, which makes it incredibly hard to explore where to go next without it taking a huge amount of time.

-Have a walkthrough on hand.
-Have a png of the world map.
-Have some podcasts handy while you grind.

OVERALL THOUGHTS
Final Fantasy has been a bucket list game of mine to finish forever now, from the original version on the Nintendo tape to the Dawn of Souls version on the GBA. I've come so close before, but never finished it until now. I enjoyed myself and will likely replay it again in a few years.
