THEY FINALLY ADDED IT
Having once followed 6 different Meg Thomas cosplayers on IG during the peak of my Dead By Daylight disease, and having once accidentally stumbled onto “DbD Gone Wild” while looking for Dead By Daylight wallpaper, I have to say that there could not be a game more tailor made for me.
I’ve cried about this all over the internet many times before, but DbD hasn’t been good since 2019 and it hasn’t been great since 2018. So if there were ever 2 dream mods that I could add to the game, it would be to return the game to how it played around when The Spirit was released, and to add intimate basement time to DbD.
I mean let’s be honest, if you’re stuck in the basement of the killer shack knowing that any moment could be your very last, then you might as well do some sweet talking to try and get either Meg’s foot or one of Kate’s droopers into your mouth.
PROS
-I got to rub lotion on The Spirit's feet.
-Off camera romance with The Spirit and The Huntress.
-Character designs look really good.
-The Huntress is more juiced up than Rhea Ripley.
CONS
-The game never goes further than a PG-13 rating, it arguably never goes past a PG rating.
-Horrible writing.
-Almost every attempt at humor falls flat.
-My favorite character Meg is not in the game.
-Each playthrough only takes about 60-90 minutes to complete.
-I am NOT banging The Trapper or The Wraith just to get every achievement.
OVERALL THOUGHTS
I am going to recommend this game purely because it exists, I never thought I’d see something like this and it’s worth it for the memes. I would advise waiting until it’s on sale at a deep discount, because it’s not worth the full asking price.
